Cold Water Therapy Club

Come join the tribe on our weekly cold water therapy session every Saturday morning, where we come together to overcome our comfort seeking minds and develop physical and mental toughness and resilience.

Meeting at Bude Sea Pool @ 9:00am Saturday morning for a 9:15am dip, we have full access to the community hub where we get changed and can have a nice post dip cuppa to warm up with.

Whether you choose to stay in for one minute or ten, the health benefits are huge including a reduction in stress, depression and anxiety, improved mood and focus, reduced inflammation, better circulation, enhanced immune system response, increase fat burning and metabolism plus more! Just please listen to your body and do not over do it as just getting in the water for a few seconds can provide you with the boost you need.

There’s also an optional Wim Hof breath work session at 8:30am where we will activate the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing our breathing under control and creating stillness in the mind before we enter the cold making it that little bit more comfortable!
